This policy explains how the T.I.S.M. app handles information when you create an account, build a profile, or save community content.

Information we collect

We collect the email address used to register, your chosen display name and bio, the Misfits, events, highlights and merchandise you save, and basic security or diagnostic records created by our service providers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, sync your saves between supported devices, secure the service, provide support, and improve the community experience. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and external links

Account data is processed by our hosted authentication and database provider. Links to Discord, Twitch, YouTube, merchandise stores and other platforms are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Your profile and saved items remain until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from the Account panel inside the app.

Your choices

You may update your profile, remove saved items, reset your password, or delete your account. Contact us through Support for access or privacy requests.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
