Need help with your T.I.S.M. account, saved items, an event link, or community content? Try the fixes below first.

I cannot sign in

Check your email spelling, use “Forgot password?” in the Account panel, and confirm your email if you have just registered.

My saves are missing

Make sure you are signed into the same account. Reopen the app once you have an internet connection.

A link or event is out of date

Report the problem in the official T.I.S.M. Discord so the owner team can correct it from the dashboard.

Delete my account

Open Account, scroll to the bottom, and choose “Delete account.” This permanently removes the account, profile, and saved items.
